Pre-Listing Inspections

A pre listing inspection is an inspection that is performed before the house goes on the market. It reduces the stress of the sales process. Such an inspection would discover the issues with your home before going to the market, and the benefit would be that it can be corrected in advance. You could do this on your own schedule and moreover not be pressured over choosing a contractor, or over time and most important over money. Having done the repairs well in advance, the defects no longer become negotiating stumbling blocks later. There is no more 11th hour re-negotiations based on inspectors findings. You have no more buyers walking away because they have no time for inspection or when they find out that the home is not perfect.

Mask Home Inspections will help you to eliminate these last minute surprises and shocks that often delay or cause the purchaser to cancel the deal.

Pre purchase Inspection

Planning to buy your dream home??  Put your trust in Mask Home Inspections. We would help you in making a well informed decision by giving you a comprehensive and detailed home inspection that will reduce the risk of unexpected and costly surprises, and help you feel comfortable with your home buying decision. Your home inspection will be performed in accordance with the highest standards in the industry. You will receive a comprehensive report allowing you to make a decision without delay.

New Home Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI)

A PDI inspection performed by a qualified home inspector often uncovers the defects overlooked by the municipal inspector or the builder’s inspector. Make sure your newly constructed house is complete and ready to move in. The home inspector would take a tour of the home along with you and note down any deficiencies and /or defects in the house. A PDI inspection can help you to ensure that the deficiencies are corrected under the Ontario New Home Warranty Programme and/or at the builder’s expense.

New Home 1 year Warranty Inspections

Now that you have lived in your newly constructed home for one year you should have your home inspected by a qualified home inspector in order to submit any defects or deficiencies to New Home Warranty Program.
